Free 10 Minute Consultation: I'd love to meet you! Let's discuss your goals and my approach and determine whether we could be a good fit!
Nutrition Overhaul is a step-by-step approach to choosing what and how much to eat, with information on how sleep, stress and other lifestyle factors play into your wellbeing. In 12 weeks, you'll learn to properly "scale" your habits to set food quality goals and food quantity targets to help you optimize your body composition and enhance your performance, whatever your goals may be.
Here's what a recent graduate had to say:
"I think I've found a sustainable way of eating that gives me plenty of energy, doesn't leave me feeling like I'm "dieting," and that I can stick to even when out with friends, on work trips, etc. I'm eating mostly paleo, with a few legumes here and there, and not freaking out if there's yogurt in a dish. This feels like a lifestyle I can stick with long term."
During our interactions, I may ask you to record scale weight and body measurements, take progress pictures, undergo a body composition assessment, or seek the advice of a medical professional. At other times, I may suggest that you step away from the scale, put down the measuring cups, and learn to listen to your body's hunger and craving cues. My ultimate goal in partnering with you is to teach you progressive strategies to help you align your nutrition and performance with the rest of your life so that you can look, feel and perform your best without having to weigh, measure, or stress about each morsel.
