Consultation ($55 per session): If you would like my input on a specific issue or strategy you're considering, I'd be happy to discuss it with you. Typically these clients have questions about how to implement the Paleo diet, what their macros should be, or why they've stagnated in weight loss or performance. This session can be conducted in person (in San Francisco), over the phone, or via video conference, depending on your preference.
How to Paleo your Macros: This 12-week program is intended to bridge the gap between a knowledge of what is or isn't Paleo, and what goes into the recommendations made by online calculators or nutrition coaches for your Macro targets. In 12 weeks, you'll learn to properly "scale" your eating habits to set food quality goals and food quantity targets to help you reach your goals. Here's what a recent graduate had to say:

During our interactions, I may ask you to record scale weight and body measurements, take progress pictures, undergo a body composition assessment, or seek the advice of a medical professional. At other times, I may suggest that you step away from the scale, put down the measuring cups, and learn to listen to your body's hunger and craving cues. My ultimate goal in partnering with you is to teach you progressive strategies to help you align your nutrition and performance with the rest of your life so that you can look, feel and perform your best without having to weigh, measure, or stress about each morsel.
